Through certification in accordance with the EU-US Privacy Shield, Google guarantees that the EU data protection regulations are complied with when processing data in the USA.The Google Analytics service is used to analyze how our website is used. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis and optimization of our website. Your IP address is recorded, but pseudonymized immediately. This means that only a rough localization is possible. Google, including Google Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries in the USA, has declared through certification that it complies with the relevant Privacy Shield principles. The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and / or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR is to improve our offer. The privacy of our users is important to us, which is why the user data is pseudonymized. The user data is stored for a period of 14 months.

It is also transmitted which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account during this, YouTube will assign this information to your user account. You can prevent this assignment by logging out of your YouTube account and other user accounts of the companies YouTube LLC and Google Inc. and deleting the corresponding cookies from the companies before using our website.
