The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis and optimization of our website. Your IP address is recorded, but pseudonymized immediately. This means that only a rough localization is possible. Google, including Google Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries in the USA, has declared through certification that it complies with the relevant Privacy Shield principles. The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and / or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR is to improve our offer. The privacy of our users is important to us, which is why the user data is pseudonymized. The user data is stored for a period of 14 months.
